Do I have to open the app before each drive?
No. That is the entire design goal. Once setup is done, DuaCar reacts to your car connecting on its own and plays through the car speakers. On iOS, keep the app running in the background rather than swiping it away, so the automation can reach it.
Does it work with Android Auto or CarPlay?
Yes, for any car that is also paired over Bluetooth — which covers effectively every Android Auto and CarPlay head unit, wired or wireless. DuaCar checks that your car's audio is genuinely the active output before it plays anything, so the dua never goes to your phone speaker by mistake.
Is it a subscription?
No, and it never will be. There is a 30-day free trial with no card required, and then a single one-time purchase of $4.99 that unlocks the app permanently.
What data do you collect?
No personal information and never your location. Purchases run through the app stores and RevenueCat, and anonymous, aggregated usage analytics help us improve the app. The full details are in the privacy notice.
