Privacy Notice — DuaCar App

Baseformfits LLC (“Baseformfits,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how DuaCar App (the “App”) handles information.

What we don’t collect

DuaCar does not collect, store, sell, rent, or share your personal information. We do not collect your name, contacts, messages, photos, or precise identity, and the App never collects or uses your location.

What is processed

To operate the App, limited information is handled by trusted third-party services on our behalf:

Purchases — In-app purchase and trial status is processed by RevenueCat and the applicable app store (Apple or Google). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Analytics — Anonymous, aggregated product-usage analytics (such as which features are used, screen names, and trial or purchase state) are processed by Firebase Analytics to help us improve the App. This data does not identify you personally and contains no precise device identifiers.

Bluetooth & audio

The App uses your device’s Bluetooth and audio connection solely to detect when you connect to your car so it can play the dua. This happens on your device; connection information is not transmitted to or stored by us.

Third-party services

Your use of RevenueCat, Firebase, and the Apple or Google app stores is also subject to their own privacy policies. Baseformfits is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

No warranty; limitation of liability

While we take commercially reasonable measures, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the App is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baseformfits and its owners, members, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or relating to the processing, disclosure, or loss of any information in connection with the App.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Change of ownership

Baseformfits may assign, transfer, sell, or convey the App and any associated data and obligations to a successor or third party at any time. In that event, the protections and limitations described here remain in full force and effect and inure to the benefit of the new owner, and any transferred information will continue to be handled under a notice at least as protective as this one, to the extent required by law.
